Quality Workmanship

We are committed to providing quality calibration services that meet or exceed your expectations. We welcome, and seek customer feedback for continued improvement in all areas of our business. Our calibration certificates are recognized within the industry, and include full measurement data at no additional cost. We recognize the need to have a calibration certificate that provides the entire story to an auditor.

Prompt Service

Typical turnaround time for instruments received for calibration is five business days. This applies to both orders received by our delivery service or dropped off at our facility. When this time frame can’t be met, due to workload or health concerns with our staff, then you will be notified and kept up to date.

Expedite services are available for an additional charge. (Next on bench or three to four days)

Fair Prices

We regularly monitor the industry to ensure that our prices are fair and commensurate to the level of service provided. We treat each of our customers the same. You pay only for the service received, not for another customer’s discount.
